Or maybe I just associate crazy eyes, curly black hair, and beards with Zouks. Which isn't a bad thing, because I love me some Zouks.

Daniel and Jessica were only friends because Robyn Lively (Jessica) was only 16-17 in this movie. thankfully someone thought it was creepy to have a 27 year old kissing on a 17 year old.

Hillary Swank was asked point blank if she'd be interested in appearing on the show, and she said she definitely would have interest if they reach out. The creators have been coy about whether they'll try to incorporate her, too. It's a terrible, terrible movie, but I wouldn't be at all surprised to see it incorporated. Though really, they can still probably skip the movie. All you need to know is that Hillary Swank's character was a later student of Miyagi.
