I think maybe you're jumping the gun a little on saying that the Jim-Pam long distance thing is being overdramatic. Like, the only thing that happened is that they kept near-missing each other and they kept saying they were having an "off-day." I don't think the show is trying to make you think there is a lot of drama there or anything. I think it's a pretty reasonable and normal thing to have happen when adjusting to time apart like that.

Aside from how funny your reactions to The Boondocks will surely be, I’m also looking forward to your discussions, I think they’ll be interesting, specially with Chris leading the conversation and giving some context to some scenes kinda like he did with your The Wire reactions. For a little piece of Trivia, the little elder lady at the end is supposed to be the late Rosa Parks, but she passed away not too long before episode 2 aired so on the version of this episode that aired on Adult Swim she was removed from the scene out of respect. I enjoyed your conversation at the end of episode 2, but I’m shocked no one mentioned Bill Cosby. Looking forward to next week!

I used the read The Boondocks comic strips, and loved the tv show when it came out. It was edgier than the comic strips which makes sense because they came out on regular newspapers.

So to talk about batman not killing. Batman whole thing is not being the judge jury and executioner, he catches them and then the system takes it from there, some batman villians have been put to death, and batman didn't care that it happened, all gotham need to do, is change the laws about the insanity plea, so people like joker can be put to death instead of sent to arkham and boom, no more joker and batman keeps his code. Oh also the reason he has the code, is because batman is actually kinda crazy and he knows that, the code is the thing keeping him in check and he knows if he stops having the code, he will spiral down and start killing everyone, it's happened in pretty much every universe that batman ended up breaking his code
