Season 5 has some of the funniest scenes in the entire show (customer survey, you’ll know when you get there) and one really good mini arc. Season 6 has scotts tots. Season 7 has a number of strong episodes as well.

Angela's deal with Andy is that she views him as the safer choice compared to Dwight and she also has been doing things to make Dwight jealous/mad. For what reason? who knows. Could be to make him want her more. Could be because she's crazy. Could be because she likes having the attention of two men at the same time.
