🇨🇦 ATTN canadian patrons: post strike + what to do
Added 2024-12-04 19:52:49 +0000 UTCas some of you may know, the Canada Post is currently on strike til further notice, which means I can't send mail to Canada at this time. if you're currently pledging or would like to pledge for the mail club, I encourage you to proceed like usual and sign up. this way I'll have all the patron info on file in one place for easy reference. I will continue to pack Canada mail and will refrain from sending them out until the strike is over. I don't know how long the strike will last, so if you pledge be aware of the possible delay. until then, I'll keep an eye on updates of the situation and will announce any changes. hoping the best for the workers and that they get what they're asking for!

On average I would say it usually takes around 2 to 3 weeks to get to me, yeah! I also live close to the Detroit border, granted, but given that you're on the West coast it might route through Vancouver anyway? Hard to say without tracking info.

2024-12-05 19:20:43 +0000 UTCyeah, I had thought about that as well, I'll keep an eye on how things play out. ooc, do you know how long it usually takes for your patreon mail to get delivered? from my previous experience it usually takes a couple weeks to get from US to Canada.

A note, though, you might have to resend the October rewards to some Canadian patrons, as I didn't receive mine before the strike began and can only assume others didn't either. Don't know for sure, though, but wanted to give you a heads up just in case!
