(^人^) being a kpop fan means there's always a lot of new things I want to draw, hence the pivot. it's fun figuring out a style that is readable and well-constructed that doesn't require an overly complicated process!
these sketches are based on recent photos of Hanni and Dani from NewJeans (yes, I am in an even deeper NewJeans hole compared to when I last mentioned them if you can even imagine that)! I think the styling looks so cool, Dani especially looks like a character from a fighting video game, very Millia Rage from Guilty Gear coded.
