Hope you're doing well~ I've been getting back into the swing of things now that Inktober is over and it has been wonderful! Drawing digitally is just such a great way to put the ideas that are swimming around in my head into physical form. It allows me to work much faster compared to traditional art, which has been necessary considering the load of ideas that had been building up throughout October. I finally have the time to sit down and draw without abandon and it's been a mentally freeing experience! Now to share with you what I've been getting up to...
Above: I've always loved lingerie designs. I particularly like the look of all-black lingerie because it looks so bold and clean. Despite the lack of color there are still plenty of ways to create intricate and beautiful designs that block out really cool shapes on the body.
Angel and devil designs! I love working with a limited color palette, it helps me think creatively in new ways. :D
Drew some characters from Parks and Recreation one of my all time favorite shows!

Practicing some profiles and hair. I really want to get better at drawing hair, which probably means I'm gonna have to draw a lot more.
Mercy as a candy striper! Their uniforms are so cute I had to.
Sombra in chola fashion! I think she fits the look and attitude perfectly.
I finished season 1 of Stranger Things (I know I'm super late) and gosh darnit if I don't just love the characters! Drew Nancy, Eleven, and Mike to get used to their faces. I want to do a lineup of everyone, I think it'd be great practice.
A new addition to my kpop D.Va series! In this one she's doing the pose from Twice's song Likey. I can't wait to polish this one up, I have so much fun working with rainbow colors! ^^
Working with negative space again! It's so fun, it really gets you thinking about composition in a new way~

aaa anastasia thank you so much for always leaving such lovely comments~ TwT<3 I appreciate you so much, your feedback really does motivate me to continue working, experimenting, and pushing myself to improve. i don't wanna get too sappy but you're just a really great person and i thought you should know! <3 yooo the synths in stranger things's soundtrack are off the hook! it's perfectly moody, warm, and eerie and fits the show's atmosphere. thank you for the reminder, i need to watch season 2! especially if there are #LEWKS!!!

2017-11-16 02:07:17 +0000 UTCoh gosh your lingerie looks are always fantastic you make them so soft yet sharp at the same time i love it! and the lil devil angel gals are precious ahhh!! love the parks sketches what a great show you captured their personalities so well!! and ahhhh my sweet mercy she looks so adorable i lvoe this concept!!! as well as sombras too ٩(♡ε♡)۶ oh man sttranger things is one of my favorite shows i love the tron esque music and glow and you'll love the looks they've got in the second season!! i love how fluffy eleven looks here too! oh i cant wait to see how the d.va design goes you always giver her such amazing colors i love it and ahhhh all your negative space pieces have been amazing i love the ideas you've got!
