We're doing a preferential voting system where the '1' votes are tallied up, and the option with the lowest percentage of votes is eliminated. From the people who voted on the eliminated option, their '2' votes are then taken and added to the votes of the surviving options, and it continues until one option has greater than 50% of the total votes.
The resuts looks very close at the moment so every votes are important ;3
