Patreon Tier Reorganization

Yeah, as it turns out I can't maintain the anytime commissions perk, both because it's preventing me from opening any general commission batches or even patron exclusive sales, and because I need to be able to guarantee down time between those batches.
Considering how that was the meatiest benefit of the There Will Be Bl8d tier, I don't intend to keep charging at that level. I'll probably open a $1 tier and shift some benefits down the levels to even things out, but however I do it, I will be closing out the $10 tier.
If you were supporting at that top tier and intended to get an anytime commission but didn't get around to it yet, don't worry: I'll make sure you get what you were entitled to at least once, as long as you let me know in a timely manner.
