Here is what you should notice from this update: I was mentioning it in the last update, we now know why Joris keeps trying to kidnap the Boy!
... We also learn about Joris' kinks. Not important at all, I just wanted to give some nuances to the character, a bit of representation and have that funny scene lol. Joris is probably straight btw, he just has a strange attraction to Tera, but we don't know if it's only because he's a Black Death (admiration) or because he's attractive haha. There's a dialogue about that in the upcoming pages -
Another thing to notice is... that Joris knows Tera's face! How did you feel when Tera lifts his visor and Joris recognizes him?? A few panels later, we understand that it's because Tera and Joris' brother knew each other when they were teenagers. More info in the next update! ;D

I like Tera's reaction when he understands that Joris has a fetish for transgender girls lol. Don't get me wrong, he's not really judging him, he's just processing it haha.

QUESTION! Once their relationship has fully evolved, how about some very short chapters (just from time to time), a little more slice of life-ish? Chapters that don't help the plot (that we will not be able to place chronologically), but just bring funny situations, and talks about their daily life? A bit similar to the extras but clean and in this reality lol. They would be inserted between the real chapters.
You may ask why not integrate these scenes into the story? It's because I don't want to dilute(?) the main story with slice of life scenes. In a story, all scenes have a purpose (or should!). I did not do that in Chapter 2, and 3 and I regret it, it just ...slow down the story and I hate it.
I can give it a try, i don't know.

Chapters about their daily life would be awesome, it slow down the story but it make me get to be emotional and it will be easier to worry for them more

Well right after that car scene there's a scene with the Boy and Joris, and then Tera and the Boy meet again (the same evening) and it gets a little deeper! We'll finally learn ..something HUGE. ;D

I don't think it would be the point of those chapters: the main story is supposed to support and highlight the characters, that's where we learn about them and their past the most. So those short chapters would be focused on the little/funny things of everyday life!

But I also like the dark strong moments in the comic. They cut to the bone. In general, a lot of catchy moments. P.S. It’s good that Boy didn’t have a seizure, like that time in the park or at home at night. The picture would have taken on a different color... Boy quickly figured out.

I reminds me of 19 days and the “one day” situations where it’s just one random day in their lives that we as readers are privi to read. (I know 19 days incorporates their slices of life chapters, I’m just referencing the “one day” in the life of whomever 😊)

But, hey, Tera, you need to build an entire Great Wall of China to protect the boy from the ultimate corrupter: the Internet. About the short chapters. We have a joking idiom in Russia that accurately describes my opinion on this. "I’m up for anything that isn’t a hunger strike" So, the more content, especially quality content, the better. And if it reveals the characters in a deeper way - perfect. Thanks for the update. It brightened my day ❤️

I always enjoy those chapters the most because you get a fun and cute look into their daily lives. So I say do it! I'd love to get to know their personalities better and understand their behaviour in stressful situations. That is also why I love the extra pages that are not part of the comic. It would be interesting to see them in "normal situations" in comparison to the action-rich situations that we usually see in your comic. I understand that you don't want to dilute the main story but I think it could also serve as a balance and to loosen up the tension of the main story from time to time. The key is probably to release these chapters in the right moment so that it does not distract from the main story. :D Or maybe you could release these stories like a memory that they have while being in a situation that reminded them of the "good old days when everything was fine" or something like that :)

(And thank you so much for not taking the easy road and turn the boy into a damsel in distress because of a dark trunk! Thank you for keeping him smart and self-sustaining like he's always been so far!) About your idea: Hell, yes please!!!!!!!!!! Since doing it will be time consuming I didn't dare to ask/mention it - but actually it was on my mind since the incident with the boy ending up in his bed when he hid Tera in his room. Exciting idea! I hope you can pull it off.

I’ve also had a random classmate ask me if it was normal to like t-girls and I was caught off guard but to be fair it was a human sexuality class(I said yes though can’t discourage exploration)👍. Tera is such a mom friend lol i have friends that were a lot more promiscuous than I was so I’d ask questions or come across some terms that I didn’t know and the “mom” friend of the group would try to shield me from knowing but in a funny light hearted way. Great update btw!!! I laughed so hard when joris grabbed Tera’s arm
