Sweaty (Let's chat!)

He's all sweaty and defined because he just sweated it out at the gym -

---

I think I'm bored with the way I draw bodies, tell me I'm doing good lol.

That leads us to the question I want you to answer: What's a hot pic ? Genuine question, I'd like you to comment about it. It will probably lead to some sketches and drawings, so...!

Don't be rude and don't use  ...bad words, I'm not looking for inappropriate content. No links please, and put  *  in -18 words lol!

Go through your photos app (we all screenshot that hot model/character/actor or whatever lol). You'll see that some pics work for you more than others.

Here are some questions that may help you:

Is it better when you know the character, or does it also work when it's a generic image? How important is their story/personality?

Does the guy have to be completely n*ked? Is the view of the manhood essential?

Or do you prefer a clothing/underwear that draws the thing?

Do some positions work better than others? Where are the hands? Is the body stretched, or bent, tensed? Angle of view? If you read some hot comics, why that one panel and not another one?

The whole body or only a part of it, like a closeup? On purpose or caught off guard?

Which part of the male body triggers you the most?

How important is the pubic and armpit hair?

About fluids (sweat, ... and others) ?

---

I understand if you feel uncomfortable answering (you can pm me if you prefer). You don't have to! I'm genuinely trying to understand what makes an image sensual, attractive. Everytime I'm drawing Tera, I am driven by this desire to make it attractive. To translate what I find beautiful in men. It's like an ode to the male body every time... Think the same while answering!

Maybe I don't see it with my own images because I draw them.

As for me, here is what I would say: I think I like it when the model is not flexing, not posing for the camera, maybe a sleepy mood, probably because it makes the character less pretentious, like we captured his beauty without him expecting it. He's probably blushing because of that.  I like the lower belly in the male anatomy. A large neck too. Underwears and bulges works better for me, I think.  I also like veins. I love when it looks soft, no razor sharp muscles. I associate armpits hair with masculinity. Overall, I think I need to know the character. It's all about him, and what his body tells about him.

A vos claviers!

Late to this, but personally I don't collect those photos so I don't have any references to go back on but I would have to say I definitely prefer clothed or at least in underwear. Lower stomach/that v part, it's like a natural arrow. Also prefer a more softer feel. Ummmmmm, I think a good smile and like a cheeky tongue shot when done right can be very sexy.

Alyssa

Mmmmmmmmm setsy 👹👹👹

Tania

If you're showing torso, I'm a fan of defined abs, esp when the model is showing their adonis belt off with soft grey sweats. Maybe a hint of veins (like when someone just finished working out). I also like sculpted, strong hands/forearms, if the character is dressed, but has sleeves pushed/rolled up their forearms. I'm also a sucker for defined backs. :)

Wow, topic of the day is 18+ yet we're only allowed to use fluffy words ... challenged accepted oh u naughty one :))))) Well, really thinking about it, I actually need context ... surprising, I know, but it's much more attractive to me if I know the character/their story. Nakedness doesn't really do it (wet hair on the other hand does). A tighter t-shirt and fitting pants for example is making things much more attractive than stark naked. The view of the manhood is not essential or even important but the view of the eyes is ... very much so. A natural, relaxed, lazy look but with direct eye contact is for sure preferred. The body definition doesn't even have to be great ... it works as long as it is in the athletic area but fo' sure muscles are appreciated as a sign of a "hard worker" with stamina. I like hands truth be told and eyes and neck ... that came out weird :D but u know what I mean. Bodley hair is ok as it naturally induces a ticklish mental sensation but fluids ... maybe on the light side ... after gym or intense effort, yes, it works with that. For me the main story is a challenge because I see none of Tera's beautiful eyes so I very very very much appreciate the side-moments. Thank you for these sweetie and rest assured that Tera is always hot in them. I love him laughing, so freaking cute. You make him so "solar" when you draw him like that. I love it xoxo

Andy

Let’s first say that YES you draw beautifully! Now to answering the questions- I think the personality and background knowledge is so important to elevating that UNF factor. I can find strangers attractive but that’s it I forget about them the ones that have stuck in my head have always had something about them be it the decoration around them or the clothes that speaks for itself and the personality peaks through like that. For a character that we have seen part of the personality like tera little peaks of something unexpected like him being comforting the boy or just them launching around with maybe some elements of the veins being shown not full NSFW because I think we can have hot tera clothes or semi clothes and have him be just as stunning and memorable. PS that part where the boy pulled on teras happy trail was just the perfect amount of casual unexpected scene that I’ll alway remember.

naviist

Gotta say I love the way you draw bodies, and I love that your art and stories aren’t always super sexual. I enjoy seeing some body hair. I love seeing veins and lean muscles (hand and arm muscles, neck, stomach/pelvic area for the veins) and candid, relaxed poses are my faves! I enjoy seeing all different types of bodies and styles though, and I fully support you playing around with it to feel out what you like the best! The manhood isn’t extremely important to me. I think seeing that it’s there through clothing is good, but not like a d*ck print necessarily. Just like not flat. It’s not really important to me unless I’m specifically looking for fully NSFW art. Idk if any of that helps, but thank you for this image of tera and I hope you’re having a great week!

(Pt 2) I especially like candid moments where you get a flash of a guy's body when he's wiping sweat with the bottom of his shirt, or he's changing and he doesn't care about shutting the door. Just slice of life stuff that sets a mood or gives a sense of an ongoing story. IMO the hottest comics are first about accurate anatomy, and second about showing off that hot body front and center. The series Grayson (2014 - 2016) does it right. Dick Grayson is supposed to be a serious stud, and that sure does come across. When he's not shirtless, his poses and outfits flatter his body so well. Now, favorite body parts... Arms are my #1. Well developed arms are just beautiful. The neck and jaw area can be incredibly masculine. A nice V-shape with tight meaty pecs and defined abs is the best. I also think serratus muscles are so attractive on a fit guy. Tera's arms are actually a little beefier than my ideal male body type. But he's still gorgeous, and I like him just the way he is. 💖 His bulk plays into the size difference between him and the Boy. I love that. Pubic hair and armpit hair are just details that can look extra manly on a nice body. I think totally shaved junk looks funny. About fluids, sweat is great. Blood can be great, or a big turn-off. I have a thing for handsome roughed up guys and light stylized violence. I don't have a thing for realistic suffering. I think it really depends on context and presentation. Great topic, Pico! I think we're on the same page about attractive guys. I hope you keep using your art to explore what makes men attractive. I love your style, and Tera is one serious stud. 💪

Oronoro

Damn, this is my kind of subject! 😁😍 *Ahem* (Rolls up sleeves) Please enjoy the following seminar on hunks. I don't need to know anything about a guy to be struck by his looks! In my eyes it's all about the muscles and body language. A handsome face makes a difference, but what I'm really looking for is a nice athletic body. Wide shoulders and well defined arms. A great chest with defined abs. A thick neck with nice traps. Strong legs are also a plus. Personality is the number one thing in relationships, but when it comes to male attractiveness, the thing that makes me go "wow" is the visual impact of a fit man's body. But you know, an image that tells a story has extra impact. If a big hot guy is holding an ice cream cone for a smaller guy, and you can see their feelings on their faces and in their body language, that picture is going to pull you in more than some generic picture of the big one just sitting there with his nice body. Visual storytelling matters! Lower nudity doesn't matter to me at all. It can actually be a distraction unless it fits the situation -- like say, a shower scene or NSFW activities. If a guy has a beautiful fit body, I don't really care about his junk. Bulges can be a good tease when the rest of the body is right, but I don't need to see his meat flopping in the open air for no reason. As for positions, when a fit guy lifts up his arm and every muscle is developed? Damn. Any athletic activity that brings out muscle definition is great. Working out, fighting, climbing, chasing someone... it all works. Stretching, bending, whatever shows those muscles doing their thing is 🔥🔥🔥. Most of all, I love when fit dudes are going through ordinary life in a state of undress. That scene with Tera hanging out shirtless in the Boy's room, where you didn't rush to get him covered? That's 100% my thing. I'm so into fit dudes lounging around shirtless. Whether it's after a shower, waking up in the morning, or trying to beat the heat in summer, any excuse to have them show their muscles is a good one. Tank tops and tight t-shirts can look great too.

Saaaaame!!

Annie

For me personally I find it sexier when there are clothes on and there’s a small peak of skin or silhouette. Knowing them is not required but it definitely makes the attraction grow if they have a personality I’m into. I find hands, eyes, and jawlines sexy. What caught my attention with Tera was the outline of his buff physique and the fact that all you could see was the lower half of his face. His jawline is *chefs kiss* and literally made me gasp out loud the first time he is introduced 🤭😳. The Boys eyes are also super gorgeous and made me think “awww he’s so pretty I want to protect him 🥺”.

Annie

Alright so everything you said works. No matter of we know the characters or not. Every image is a different story and sometimes we are the ones who need to make the story up. When I draw nsfw, I usually start with an emotion. That alone will determine literally everything you asked; Pose, nude or not, body fluid, etc. I think people need to understand the body is beautiful and natural and we have to stop sexualising so many things. Body hair is the same thing. Natural and I persobally love it on both men and women. As for nudity, again personally, I really enjoy anatomy and I feel no shame (as none should) to see breasts and sexual organs. Now from this might seem like not helping much. I have been following you for a long tine and perhaps this could help; Do not be scared of nudity. You tend to keep it teasing which is good and hot ofc! On the other hand it builds a craving we could not quenched yet. Maybe try Tera with body hair more casually? I mean he usually shaved which is fine. Although we have reraly seen him with hair I think. Maybe more would be nice ! This is entirely my opinion and I know now where your story goes, but I am really hoping they fall in love. They are too pure not to haha. Wether they do or not, we always love cuddles... Perhaps you can give it a kinky side for fun? Unrelated to the story if it needs to. Like a alternate universe short? Throwing so many ideas sorry if its confusing ! Bottom line. We love your art and swing to whatever beat you throw at us. That you ask your comunity is so pleasant. Have a good day!

Nazarij

Big beefy dudes. Love pictures where men are relaxed, on a couch or armchair. Thighs❤️❤️❤️❤️ Or sleepy messy hair men in kitchen drinking coffee or making breakfast. Clothes or not, I just like when men have a relaxed body language. One good example would also be Captain America, with his hands on his hips.

Heleen

I rlly thought u ment like, a rlly cool lion, but on the buttcheek 😂😂

RaeAnna Wright

N I think posing is better than not posing. Again with the purpose behind it. For me its a matter of unintentional vs intentional. Completely unrelated note but I friggen love ur art so much. I love the way I draw abs they're the most realistic thing Ive seen ever! The whole simplicity but also not is *chef's kiss*. Ok but im not gunna lie, Hands. Hands dude. Hands are my personal favorite. Followed closely by stomachs/hips, but oh my Jesus. Gimmie hands with veigns, slender hands, thick hands, just,,, hands. As for angle, I prefer angles that are situated lower then the face andlooking up. Most times they're body shots (not always full) but the angle of looking up at someone is v nice. Now that I've rambled entirely too much, thank you for your work! Have a great day!!!

RaeAnna Wright

Honestly the thing I find most attractive is confidence. The look of someone who KNOWS that they are hot. I have no idea how that would translate to drawing- maybe open + relaxed body language? Like they know what theyre doing to you and loving it. Personally, I prefer to know even a little about a character, but its not a necessity. N I think partially clothed is better than fully naked because it seems... Almost like teasing (not the word im looking for but ok)? I cant explain this well, but like, having partial clothing on highlights whatever skin is shown. It accentuates it. Oh!! Ok, so what im trying to say is, its in the situation of it. So when u draw a character fully naked, in their world theres typically a reason for them being undressed. Maybe they're in the shower, changing, etc, which is, for them, natural. They're completing their task of nakedness and then putting clothes back on. Typically other characters would look away from total nakedness from modesty. But having characters partially dressed, theres almost this challenge dynamic to it. Its like, 'what are you gunna do? Pretend everything's normal, look away, or indulge?' That's rlly nice.

RaeAnna Wright

1. Attraction is lazy for me. I don't really need to know much to find someone appealing to the eye. The knowledge of the character could make them even more appealing, but it is not necessary. 2/3. I love seeing clothes on men even in a more naughty way. Buldge or outline, pants partially peaking booty, shirts pushed up, the tease behind it all. 4. With art in general, I like the dynamic, interesting, sketchy type things. The one good dynamic panel is great, but I wouldn't want them all to be dynamic. Candid photos are fun. Intentional posing is fun. I'm not too picky. 5. I'm not picky about specific parts of the anatomy or not. I think if there is a focus having it be more dynamic is what I like. 6. Arms, shoulders, neck, and jaw. 7. A lot of webtoon/ manga I've read didn't really have public hair so drawing it doesn't really matter to me if it's a time issue. I like seeing some hair on the body, but not like a natural sweater. 8. I'm not picky about fluid. It tells more of a story, but it doesn't need to be full of liquid.

GrindingTraffic

I am demisexual so generally I’m not attracted to anything but I do respond to things sometimes. I think generally for me it’s about intimacy and vulnerability mixed with an aesthetically pleasing body. I really love when the body feels alive in an image. Like when I’m made aware of the corporeality of the person. I don’t like posed pictures because they aren’t vulnerable. Parts of the body I really appreciate are the clavicle, back in general but I love shoulder blade, wrists, pelvic bones, throat/Adam’s apple, thighs, forearms (when the veins are prominent) eyes, belly, and hands. When the characters are in vulnerable moments like you said, sleepy or in the shower or relaxing, and those body parts are showing, it feels sacred to me and that’s why I get feelings about it. I don’t really care about pubic or armpit hair on cis men, to me it’s just a fact. Saliva gives me feelings though, so do with that what you will. I also like rings, tattoos and piercings, small things (not hats) that express personality.

Cedar Moss

Ok let me be a good patron and answer all of these lol 1. I can be attracted to a character without knowing them but then as easily as that attraction showed it can go with their personality. Even if they’re a villain I like them complex, I can’t stand bland characters. It can of course, work the personality first route as well, because of books in my case. 2. (And 3) Not at all, in fact male 🍆 are quite ugly I don’t need to see them at all. It’s the tease that counts. But also people can look hot in clothes, how good is their fashion sense? 3. - 4. Not gonna say it’s not cool seeing a character flexing but it’s also nice seeing the ones that are “bad boys” doing mundane stuff, it humanizes them a little. Like for example Tera in a bathrobe and bunny slippers? Because yeah you’re hot but it’s also nice to see you can be cute. As for why one panel and not the other, I don’t like very obvious nudity, just a character naked for the sake of it, but rather a shot with somewhat a hint of what took the character there, maybe a shirt that’s being unbuttoned? Again it’s the tease. 5. Whole body is nice but candid shots are just so special, also closeups that tell a story are fun. What I find beautiful is symmetry, it has always been like that for me. 6. Eh I don’t think I get triggered by any really, but honestly don’t need to see a 🍆 it’s not necessary. I actually appreciate lightsabers in BL. 7. Body hair,? I don’t love it, but it’s not a deal breaker either. Don’t love it leaning to don’t care. 8. Fluids? Sweat can be hot, I don’t find any other fluid hot, I get the need for them I guess but I’m not blushing over it.

kinkajou

1) Well, most "hot" pictures in my gallery are from characters i like or find attractiv through their personallity :) Tera itself is already a really attractiv guy (The way he acts, the way he talks, the way he reacts to situations, his humor ) and i´d love to see more of him in the future. I really like his smile and the way you draw his body/physic! Like others already said, he doesn´t look like he is on steroides, or some kind of musclemonster and i really like that about him. He is an really activ guy through his live ! not a " i go reagullary to the gym" guy :D 2/3) In most hot pictures the model isn´t complety naked and it somehow tells a secret story. Is the person waiting for you? Is the person expecting something from you? Did you amuse the character? What does this smirk mean? And i personally like a private atmosphere xD like after or before a sleepover, wearing some pyjamas or underwear x) 4) I like it if the person is sitting... doesn´t matter if he is really relaxed and open for anything or if he´s bending over his knees, waiting for you to listen cloesly x) 5) - 6) Hard one... never thought this hard about it. I guess the chest, the neck, the arms, the back, the belly... okay i´m really bad at this, i guess i like everything if i like the charakter xD 7) A little bit of hair is totally fine x) it somehow gives a mature touch to it... don´t know how to explain it xD 8) Sweat can be erotic :) I hope i could help in some way :D

LouLovesYou

That's a great question and I think it's quickly going into body obsession with people, especially nowadays. Maybe also because it's subconsciously connected to beauty standards too? What I personally find attractive: - body language! For me, it's a lot about how someone is treating and touching themselves, like comfortably and self-consciously. But maybe in a play with shyness and insecurities/blushing. Also like many said before as well, the expression: laughing!!! It's so sexy no matter what for any person in the world :) - regarding angles: I always pay attention to rather unique perspectives instead of angles like in photo shootings or something. Kind of also even angles I normally can't see on my own from behind haha. Like view on the back and maybe head-turning. - body fluids are always welcome and I think it's very attractive too. - rather clothes than fully/half-naked. I love little teasers like a little free area on the belly for example or seeing hip bones because a shirt isn't fully down. And as others also already said, to have a more playful mind like "what if..". I honestly lost a little of the excitement of seeing Tera naked too much as well, but not in a bad way just because it's nothing "special" anymore. - As for me personally again: I adore soft bodies, not perfection. I even unevenness like a different length of fingers or something like three nipples hihi. Maybe you can give Tera only 4 toes and he lost one why they did some criminal stuff? You can add story to things that are different too. Imagine the boy and tera starring at each other an discovering their different bodies. - also loving marks and "folds/wrinkles" while sitting etc. A body is something that isn't the same forever. - also regarding hair: i love it and the I'm always wishing for pubic and armpit hair in general media. I think it's rather not common to shave it globally. It's part of the body with function as well. Personal turn-on: freckles!! In the end I want to say: I wouldn't maybe try to look from a gender perspective (regarding masculinity) too much on bodies. The healthiest thing is to show someone is happy with their own image and accepting themselves as they are. A man can just be sexy and beautiful with a fragile body just as a strong muscle man can be cute and soft with that one. I think personality will always shine through your body at the end! What I would also do personally in your case, something like a "task" either : - How's the body of the family members of each character? Thinking of my own, there are clearly things genetically from my mom's family and another way around. Can imagine this gives you also more insight into a character because you automatically thinking of family too. OR - What if you let boy and Tera bodypaint each other btw? Like letting them discover in that way and maybe go in their perspective what would they do? Draw? Say? Look at first? Would they compare and laugh about it? Especially two different body types interaction is always so exciting to see imo. Think of it also, the more you are around perfection maybe you subconsciously want to make it as best for others too. You can be brave and add stuff that isn't standard and rarer as well. You create do make yourself happy in the first place, we are here to support you for all decisions and shouldn't be the main reason how you do stuff. So release all your playfulness and enjoy :) <3

DC

Agree on that, would also like to see Joris :)

DC

I really love the way you draw Tera laughing. That’s what I find attractive personally. I really love the way you draw bodies; you don’t make Tera look like he’s on steroids lol! If your looking to draw other characters in sexy poses, why not Joris 😇! I’d love to see that!

Aj

Maybe in the further future you can do tera getting a tattoo. Maybe he lost a bet with the boy or he just decided he wanted a bad ass lion tattoo or something. Just a thought

Ashley Wester

Ooohh I’m jumping on this convo here - When you mentioned body hair, I must say that in a lot (not all!!!) of 19+ manhwas/mangas, you rarely see armpit hair or nether region hair (pubes 😂) on the uke or “bottom” half of the couple. Just recently I read a manga that the “bottom” had armpit hair and *ahem* a bushy you-know-what! So I sat that for a moment and I’m like “hmm, this is rare” cause like I said, I have rarely read in a comic/webtoon/etc with both of the couples having full on body hair. So, I’d like to see more of it, cause it has a almost natural feel to it. I’m fine with the laser hair removal looking men but I’m also cool with body hair, it’s not shocking or icky. It’s natural looking. Esp on a beefcake like Tera

Deeboiiiiiis

Hmm, what defines a hot picture... First of all you should know what kind of social group you target. The taste of girls is different than the taste of boys which results in basic difference regarding the group's main focus of interest. The second point would be the content of the painting. It should target desire and to a certain degree lust/greed. Let me give you an example: there are very good paintings regarding monster hunter World. They are stunning and their choice of colours, level of detail and composition is almost perfect. Those paintings are considered awesome but not hot. They don't trigger a desire besides their own good look. Now let's look at your drawing. Tera is shirtless, sweating, did a workout and you can see his muscles. In the general conseption of evolution he would trigger desire because he displays primal features: he is strong, good looking and healthy. And even though most people don't like what I will say now I will nonetheless say it: our brains still work this way. Tera triggers even nowadays a kind of desire, it is just in our subconsciousness which tells us that he is hot though this only works for people with this focus of interest (male, healthy, strong, sweating, muscular).

Michael Lohmeier

Argh, it cut me off when I tried to do a new paragraph :D Still wanted to put that the mood and the story in the picture are what do it for me :3 I love erotic photography and it is so super difficult to take photos that are sensual and erotic and soft of men without making it look odd or too much in your face :o

Fumachan

That's a really cool question :) I think for me its mostly the imagination that gets me interested. So better not to show all the skin and take away from the magic. I mean there is nice explicit art, but mmmh. It's nicer to be able to guess at these things.

Fumachan

I could make a very VERY long answer but I think that male hands work for me. Idk. I'm unconciously always looking at guys' hands and obviously not all of them are a turn on, but when I see it in model pics I think I like when they're grabbing or holding something. Showing some possesion I guess (and veins OH). And pubic hair above the underwear it's a YES for me

Serena

Hmmm, the back does it for me. Either shirtless or with clothing, in full view or slightly to the side with the head overlooking the shoulder ~👌Nothing else is needed, no personal details of the model/character and no unnecessary n*dity. What is important is the pose and the look in the model/character's eyes as they look at you over their shoulder. If the look in their eyes is of anger or malice it's even better, it's so exciting ~ 😆

MintTeaPudding

here comes Jooo(e), lol 🙃 I just love how Tera looks all muscular, even tho you don't use much of lines on his belly, that's pretty nice. He looks muscular but so.. Soft at the same time 😌😄 🥺 And lookin through my screenshots(😂) erhm, I'm a simp for arms and chests, so, half n*key and a nice shirt will do, relaxed pose. I also like taller guys. Don't mind a bit of sweat 😏 Personally I no need to see the lower half n*key, neither a big buldge, just a hint that there's something 😅 Have a nice weekend Pico 🥰☀️ *flyin off~

Joe

It's more of an aesthetic than explicitly so no nudes. More like rolled up sleeves and the muscular line on the underarm showing. A random confident pose while doing everyday stuff or a melancholic sad look is nice (there's this one picture of Jake Gyllenhaal at 18yo).

MakiSchmu

Naked definitely not, although maybe still enough showing that you can see that something exists under there. I find knowing them and them having some great personality features helps. Like they dont need to be a good person, but they gotta have some redeeming qualities. Fit to kinda built. Too much muscle looks unnatural and too much body fat suggests maybe they cant push themselves. Sweat can be hot but i wouldnt want to be there, getting drenched in sweat doesnt sound appealing. Naked, absolutely not. The p***s is not a very photogenic part of the body, it holds meaning because its used in times when people are close to give them both pleasure. I like the idea of someone taller because for me it suggests primal dominance and safety.
