My favourite part of this episode was the juxtaposition of how it started - "Cressida is going to knock you out Robin" - compared to how it ended, where Robin came back with both!!! ingredients needed for the poultice. Despite Lug and Cressida being proper 5e PCs, they were outdone by a dude with flat 10s, 4hp and a story about a bird.
