Hair Cut

My bangs were growing out wayyyyy too long, as you can see from the first image. I look like cousin IT lol. I gave myself a trim, I have been cutting and dyeing my own hair for a few years now. I have done a shit ton of research and have special scissors for it. Having bangs means knowing how to cut your own hair is pretty essential if you don't want to go to a salon every 4 weeks. My hair grows pretty fast as well, I have A LOT of hair, I actually use thinning sheers to create a lot of layers, otherwise it is so heavy it ways down, so that a single hairtie won't hold it up! I like my new cut, it's practically the same cut I have been doing for a while (princess cut), but I really like it! I did have to cut it a bit shorter then my preference as I had so many dead ends. If you didn't know, dead ends will cause the hair to break and if not trimmed will just break shorter and shorter, so to keep my hair longer (as I am attempting to do), I have to give it regular trims, though I haven't been super on top of this goal. My ideal hair length is about half way down my back.
