Get some culture/unifying history baked into the area/businesses to bind the new economic zone together better than ‘the crazy exotic’s nest.’

That's pretty dark for SB though I guess given it's Cyberpunk that might not be off the table, just de-railed. *Edit: I'm not implying David shouldn't exist in this fic just that timeline wise he would be coming in a distressingly low amount of time and the only person in Gloria's life we've seen who's interested in that kind of thing with her is this medtech. We all remember the Twitter blowup with 2077 and the vending machines.

The opportunity alone was more than what a lot of people could get in this city. And I would be completely willing to drop that there... if not for the MedTech’s relatively normal attraction to redheads made significantly more problematic by a concerning opinion as to what age it became acceptable to make advances.
