Having been a fan & supporter of Benn for a long time, I have to say I was a bit disappointed ;-/. I hope some of us Benn Patreons get another chance...

2023-11-21 07:00:22 +0000 UTCI saw the video earlier but I didn't realize there was such a great deal with this. No worries, it's still a cool upgrade and I'm happy to support this. That said, $300 for the upgrade would have lined up a bit better as the average used price on Reverb for November 2023 was $549, increasing to $600 if you go back to September 2023, and $688 back in November 2022. Now the old model will be worth about $400-450.

2023-11-20 21:19:34 +0000 UTCThey must have, because this "please include old accessories." is not in my email either, *and* I called Polyend US early this morning -- the employee on the phone wasn't quite sure what to do/answer, but finally said, "just send the unit". This sucks because the old SD card is indeed super slow, it's great news that they fixed that, but I was told to keep the card.

Please store your projects on your computer and include the microSD card. SD Card - Play+ has a new card optimized for faster loading, do not use the old SD cards.

For those shipping in the US, don't take my word entirely for it, but I called Polyend US and they told me I could just ship the unit and keep the rest -- which is less weight to ship. Fedex still charged me $50 for CO to FL, but somebody told me they got a much better deal with USPS. Your mileage may vary.
