Dry, deeply frozen ice
Added 2021-01-15 06:31:43 +0000 UTCOne night during a subzero polar vortex in Chicago, I put some boots and double coats on my dog and took her out for a short walk. I immediately noticed that:
1. Due to the cold shutting down most business, it was silent outside.
2. There was super dry, easily cracked ice sheets everywhere.
So naturally I brought the microphone out, which later ended up in a track called Winter Map. Anyway, this is one of the original recordings. It's not edited in any way, so excuse the occasional dog chatter.
