But what does she think she'll be able to do?

Mm ... my only comment would be to change the word balloon's placement in the top panel. For a moment there, I felt like the girl was saying that statement, not Ms. Suki. Oh ... there's no real room to move it, but you might either extend the tail down or just take it out of there to make it more of a "off-stage" or "not-focused" word balloon. A free-floating balloon in this case.
