I think there was a bit of a fallout unfortunately. New stories/script were written but Caroline said she couldn't do it as she had not long had a baby. Then a new series came out around the same time, where she was the main character. After that David didn't want Caroline back in.

Jonathan has a few different female sidekicks across the whole track of the show. They’re good surprises though man you’ll love it I’m sure! 👍💯🔥
