2023-12-26 14:29:12 +0000 UTCLove me a bit of The Wonder Stuff! That's the band at the end btw. Greg Davies actually appeared in a music video of theirs around the time of this coming out. Their peak was the end of the 80s and early 90s though. They probably most famously recorded a cover of the song Dizzy with Vic Reeves. It's weird because they had quite a few high charting singles in the UK in their heyday, yet they never really get spoken about. I admit I have an especially soft spot for them because Miles Hunt (the singer) and the founding members were/are all local lads.

She teamed up with another resident (played by Graham Crowden) and they spent each episode getting the better of the Home's manager, who was not popular with the residents.
