2023-06-29 22:12:26 +0000 UTCI do like to think up pedantic ways you could punish Alex for not being more specific in the task rules. Out-anal him. 'Make your phone ring' for example - if you can hit a metal part of the interior of the phone with a fork or something you could make it ring, and technically - ie. annoyingly - you've completed the task, and side-stepped all that lavish preparation Alex went through to make you jump through hoops. I'd be both insufferable and quite boring to watch on this show, basically.

2023-06-29 19:58:19 +0000 UTCYeah I think you're right.. hindsight is a wonderful thing though.. in the moment, your brain looks for 1, a soft landing and 2 the quickest way to do it.. That's why some of the tasks where people think outside the box to find answers like yours are really impressive..

2023-06-29 16:51:14 +0000 UTCWith the water balloon task...why not just stand directly underneath it with your hands open and catch it as soon as it drops? Seems like nothing in the rules says you can't just hold a bucket a few centimetres underneath the trapdoor and just catch it in that.
