Got heavy Death Note vibes from this episode. One man able to kill remotely, exacting his own twisted sense of justice? Hell, even down to the requirements of a name and a face to kill someone! Probably coincidental, though. By the way, the government agent was played by Benedict Wong, who you may well have seen as Wong in the Dr Strange (plus other MCU) movies!

That is the case from White Bear, the boyfriend and girlfriend who abducted and killed the young girl.. The boyfriend is Ian Rannoch. This shows that Black Mirror all takes place in the same universe.
