Josh on your youtube reactions you did "Someone's Gonna Get Hurt: 8 out lf 10 Cats does Countdown" and Peter Serafinowicz does an impression of Tony from this show. It should be even funnier now... 9mins 40 seconds in ๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ‘ https://youtu.be/0tTe_U5f5zQ

can you pin a specific place where we can make suggestions?

As others have said, the second season is where it starts getting better but season 3 is where it truly begins!

(Just) Steve

Yeah I'd say it improves a good 20% per season from now on until it really hits its straps in S4.

BigChanChan

For me it actually really gets going at series 3. That's when it moved over to BBC and was put on later at night so it could be a bit cruder.

Wilss

Thanks bud I appreciate that ๐Ÿ‘

I enjoyed the first season but I am looking forward to the next few as everyone has said they are very good ๐Ÿ‘

Hey Josh. A few cultural references in this. Pans people - a female dance troupe Garibaldi - a type of biscuit (cookie) Securicor - a well known security firm that transports money Linda Lusardi - a well known British model Girl on the test card playing noughts and crosses (tic tac toe) - the test card was a picture on the TV that showed when the day's TV programs had finished (70s/80s) Bamber Gascoigne - a UK 60s-80s TV presenter There are loads of cultural references in MBB, that's just a few from this episode. I have never really liked the 1st series. I've always found the acting quite poor, as though Martin Clunes and Harry Enfield just didn't gel. It gets much better when Neil Morrissey joins as Tony. Series 1 is just a bit boring and the jokes don't really land.

Hi Josh, Iโ€™ve been enjoying your reactions for a very long time now but Iโ€™ve only been a patron a couple of months so Iโ€™ve been bingeing the full reactions trying to catch up. If itโ€™s ok for me to recommend new shows and movies, can I recommend you add Still Game and Him & Her to your tv shows list and Midnight Run to your movies. I think youโ€™ll love those shows as well as Midnight Run, itโ€™s a classic. Itโ€™s a kinda action road movie comedy thatโ€™s up there with Planes, Trainsโ€ฆ

James Ellison

I think this show begins with Season Two. The first one is decent but it hits its stride with Tony coming into it.

Sam Owen

This show gets so much better next season when Tony comes into it
