Ever seen Me, Myself and Irene? Another Farrelly brothers movie like There's Something about Mary was. Got Jim Carrey in it, I think you'd enjoy it

Josh, as an old X-Files fan from back in the day I'm not sure if you recognised Steven Williams in this (the black cop who started the police vendetta against the Blues Brothers). He played "X" in Seasons 2 and 3 of The X-Files, Mulder's shadowy government informant after Deep Throat got killed at the end of the first season. Yeah, the musical cameos were definitely paying tribute to great artists; not always *strictly* blues musicians, most of them just in a general sense of "all popular music can trace its origins back to the blues". For instance, Cab Calloway - who plays the orphanage janitor and later sings on stage at the big concert - was the guy who originally wrote and recorded Minnie the Moocher.
