2022-03-04 00:18:14 +0000 UTCHonestly the seasons put out by Dave were a breath of fresh air compared to series 9. I remember being severely disappointed by Back To Earth when it came out too, so didn't have much hope when they said they were making a series X. But they were genuinely a return to form. Even watching Back To Earth with Josh a few months back I enjoyed it a lot more. Might have just been because when it came out it was the return to Red Dwarf after many years and it's very very different to the show normally, so it disappointed. Now it can be watched without that pressure on it.

2022-03-03 23:50:12 +0000 UTCLike many others i grew up watching 'classic' red dwarf, so i knew seasons 1-7 like the back of my hand. But i was always put off by the newer seasons, only saw bits here and there and thought they weren't good at all, and red dwarf was dead to me. But watching through them all with Josh, i realise i was missing out! There are some hilarious episodes in the newer seasons and i'm glad i've given them another shot.
