I literally sat there in silence for several minutes, jaw hanging loose, after the MV ended. What the hell just happened. Apparently this MV has the same director as XG Howling. Which would explain a lot.

I'm going to have to check out that Patreon thingy! ;) Mantra, Zen, and her "cold punge" vlog, where she said that it's about control over your mind and body, makes me think that she's into Zen Buddhism. That would make sense for someone who's sensitive and always in the public eye and dealing with constant judgement and criticism, because it's about self-actualization and establishing control over your mind and body. It seems like that would be very helpful. Being in control would allow her to take these types of leaps in style with confidence. In Buddhism, Owls symbolize wisdom, secrecy, and the struggle against ignorance, which would also fit. An interesting thought, no?
