Overhaul Progress
Added 2017-09-04 03:02:34 +0000 UTCSorry things are progressing slowly. Anyway, I've just finished replacing all the resource entities in the tutorial levels. All tutorial boxes should no longer "half close" while they're being broken down for wood. All banded iron rocks there use a somewhat updated system wherein I can now locate them more easily in the editor, they break faster (no jump animation), and the notification of what you just got is immediate (no text delay). Plus, time is paused while the text is on-screen.
I still need to expand the options of what you can get from the brown chests. I'm unsure about expanding the possibilities of the blue & red chests, but making them random would make them more interesting.
I've toyed with the idea of changing mineable rocks rather drastically, removing all gold and gems from them but increasing the amount of ores you get (and multiplying those by Sienna's mining skill). Let me know what you think of the idea. Previously this would have been a bad idea because of the 99 item limit, but that won't be an issue in the next update.
One of the reasons I'm thinking of doing this is because it would let the player know that excess ores should be sold.
