Traits

I've decided to go with 30 traits, for now.

21 traits will only be available when starting a new game. 9 of them bad, and 12 of them good. You'll get an upgrade orb to spend on one good trait, and you can get more upgrade orbs if you take bad traits. Some good/bad traits are mirrored, so it's impossible to take both when they're like that.

Quite a few of the bad traits will actually be negated later on in the game, but they'll make the early game more difficult (like Vegetarian, Half Pint (water bottles give only half hydration), etc..). 

The first one, Tranquility (Spirit will be changing to Tranquility), will deal with said statistic and chances of gaining/losing it, and will upgrade as your maximum tranquility increases. Hopefully I can implement this better and have more uses/bonuses for high Tranquility (as well as handicaps for low Tranquility). 2 other traits are currently already available (and can be gained while exploring The Abyss). 

The last 6 traits will be available in Sienna's skill tree after Chapter 3, and deal largely with negating Sienna's various needs so that you can focus more on adventuring. :)

There are still a lot of menu things I need to sort out with this, as well as event conflicts (Sienna eating dinner while in The Tower, if Vegetarian, for example).

Also, I noticed a leftover testing event right outside Sienna's house at the start. Wish I had removed that before the last update.. ah well. I'll probably do a full playthrough before the next update. I need to check out the game balance, squash errant bugs, take new screenshots, make a walkthrough, etc..
