Jesus christ Steven, stop using the mallet sideways lol

Oh, and on the stripper thing with Stephen Hawking, that may be a reference to Richard Feynman who used to write research papers at a strip club, then petitioned to save it when they were threatened with being closed down. Hawking did have a wicked sense of humour though, and he wasn't afraid to send himself up. Loved him on the Simpsons :)

Joe Gardiner

Steven Berkoff (the guy smashing things) was once in an episode of DS9, where he played an arms dealer, so maybe that's where you remember him.

Tom

That lady was in IT Crowd, but I'm surprised you recognised her from that one episode of IT Crowd rather than 6 episodes of I'm Alan Partridge!

Manly Stump

Hes in Vikings too more recently

Probably the weakest Brass Eye episode, imo. But the 0836 whimper still gets me every time :) Roll on next Monday!

Joe Gardiner

The guy who played Peacecap Johnson, the mad astronaut, is played by Nigel Lindsay (Barry in Four Lions). And someone already pointed out the lady you recognised was Amelia Bullmore, Sonja from I'm Alan Partridge

DS292

It's the celebrities' own fault because they're so engrossed in looking like they are doing the right thing that they don't bother to even think about what they're saying.. Also a fortnight is the name for a two week period in the UK..

Austin Stratton

Steven Berkoff is a legend of playing fantastic 70/80/90s bad guys!

Ross Hardman

I have had a few people recommend it. I usually add shows to the polls that have been recommended many times.

After Work Reactions

The guy you recognise is the (over)actor Steven Berkoff, who played the bad guy in Beverly Hills Cop, Rambo Part 2, and the old Bond movie Octopussy amongst others. Basically he's made a living playing bad guys.

yup there's a whole gang of comedians that walk in the same circles, Peter Baynham was in this (the guy screaming in pain due to the operations), as well as written for this, who was also in Alan Partridge as the no voice box guy, as was Graham Linehan, who wrote IT Crowd she was in, who also co-wrote this, and Big Train (which you should watch!), which she was in too (along with Mark Heap who played the guy taunting Ted Maul when he burst into their office, and also was the guy harassing cows in an earlier ep) - This whole gang always go in the same circles.

lemmy101

That woman you recognized also played Sonia in I'm Alan Partridge

Londoner 1998

Don't know if it has been suggested before but I think you would enjoy the series 'Misfits'. Maybe add it to the next poll?
