Kevin & Perry Go Large Comedy 2000

Comments

Hey bud I just tried them all on my side and they worked. If you are watching on a phone or tablet it may not work.

After Work Reactions

yo man, none off the links work? says this site cant provide a secure connection?

Southeast

LOL there was a lot of filler but I still enjoyed it alot =]

After Work Reactions

Did anybody notice Kevin pulls his wig off (I think) when he puts his head under the pillow when his parents are doing it?

Chris toleman

Haven't seen this film for years. Nice bit of nostalgia. I still think it's funny but didn't realise how short a film it was and how much filler is in it. There was basically a music video or a montage between every minute of script lol. Still a laugh though.

Alex

It took me a few times of watching to even realise the actress who played Perry was a woman lol

Austin Stratton

That is awesome man, it was hilarious I loved it =]

After Work Reactions

I haven't watched this film in years. Such a killer soundtrack. I'm not too ashamed to say I was just like Kevin at that age and I was exactly that age when this came out. I also identified with this film because all of the location shots in the UK (like the shopping centre at the beginning etc) were filmed in my local town. So I was almost watching my own biopic.

Don Antonio

No I missed him and her I have to go back and look .

After Work Reactions

No I didn't notice I have to go back and take a look . I will have a new movie poll up soon and Ill add Paradiso to the list.

After Work Reactions

Imagine if the drink was liquid viagra though. One erection and you'd be caught in a never-ending, constantly accelerating force-feedback loop of erection-drink-erection-drink until you died of it.

Saul

I will keep that one in mind bud!

After Work Reactions

Awesome man I am looking forward to those movies, I have been hearing that they are both really good =]

After Work Reactions

Thanks bud happy you enjoyed!

After Work Reactions

LOL I thought DVDs were amazing. Thanks bud take care.

After Work Reactions

Mate, if i played that drinking game and had a drink every time I got a boner....it would just be a tipple every Christmas day!

Hannah

LOL this movie was great =]

After Work Reactions

Oh wow that is awesome man =]

After Work Reactions

It for sure was an awesome system, I loved it =]

After Work Reactions

No, it was Steve McFadden I think

Alex P

I'm dying for him to watch Withnail and I. I suggest it everytime there's a poll but it never seems to get much love with the votes. Hopefully he'll get round to it though 🤞

BelladonnicHazeyJaneII

Lol same happens to me unless I can catch Google drive or One Hub within half a minute or so of when he uploads it. I usually just have to wait about an hour or so then One Hub usually works fine. I can't use Daily motion at all, it hates my phone and tablet for some reason.

BelladonnicHazeyJaneII

Frank Harper (the robber) is a little bit one-dimensional as an actor, but is exceptional in the hard man roles he does. I thought he was especially good in the Shane Meadows film A Room For Romeo Brass.

Charlie

Great reaction, yeah not the best film but a goofy throwback to the early 2000's The guy who robbed the post office in this movie, at the start, is also in next weeks movie (Lock stock, look out for him!) Josh will you let us know which movie you prefer out of Snatch and Lock Stock, both have a pretty even split but both are usually enjoyed by both parties, so it would be interesting to know which is your preference, after you watch it, if you have one.

Michael Ledger

Bloody hell, was that Ross Kemp on the door?!

Joe Gardiner

Next time you do the Movie poll I’m definitely voting for The Full Monty. It’s got to be up there with Shaun of the Dead for best British comedy movie.

Lee

So, this isn't a great film by any stretch. However, it's a great little time capsule of late 1990s and early 2000s dance music culture, which even if you weren't interested in yourself was impossible to ignore because it was absolutely everywhere in Britain at the time. It's sort of synonymous with the final years of the pre-9/11, pre-Great Recession age of innocence, and probably one of the last great shared cultural experiences we had. So I can't hate it, even though I've never really been into dance music. Also, he's changed his look somewhat in this film, but you may have noticed that Eyeball Paul's assistant was played by Steven O'Donnell, best known as Spudgun in Bottom.

Charlie

Sorry, but I had to stop twenty minutes in. And I usually like watching anything on this channel. I loved Harry Enfield's sketches but this is just a terrible, terrible film. It's just a series of sketches stitched together without much care or attention. The Inbetweeners movie(s) did this so much better. It's painful seeing British stuff like this get recommended while Withnail And I and films of that quality are ignored.

Saul

I get you with the Ibiza culture thing. It always seemed like lots of self loving pretentious middle class kids, trying to be edgy and hip. I was never really into grunge either, but I felt more in line with that teen angst thing that was associated with grunge and alt-rock.

Jay

Always found this movie to be a bit lightweight, but as a fun Sunday afternoon hangover type film it's a nice way to pass the time. I just think the whole lad culture genre was done to death in the 90's, and this movie latched on to it too late. I love Kevin and Perry as short sketches, but they kind of milked it in this one.

Jay

I think you’ll enjoy Lock Stock and Two Smoking Barrels, along the same lines as Snatch with loads of great characters. Vas Blackwood who played Lennox the armed robber in Only Fools and Horses plays a great part in it.

Lee

Not forgetting the Sega Saturn. Another brilliant console.

Jay

The first German in the line is the director of this and producer of Red Dwarf, Ed Bye. And you might recognise Laura Fraser, who plays Candice, from A Knight’s Tale and Lydia in Breaking Bad/Better Call Saul (and Neil Gaiman cult classic Neverwhere)

Kieran B

Yoooooo! lol Love it dude.

Contex - It's Just A Ride

Never really loved this even as a kid, silly and childish humour can be great and Brits can be great at it, this just never landed for me

Joe S

God damn, I haven't seen this film since it was new. I was about 14/15 at the time and I hated that Ibiza culture. Not sure what it was - maybe it was the ultra-clean aesthetic where I was into grunge and alt-rock. There's something a bit weird about Harry Enfield (then in his mid-40's) playing a teenager. Still, I did love this film when it was out.

Ian Webster

First DVD I bought, back when they were in cardboard cases, remember thinking the quality was amazing 😂 looking forward to watching this later, love this film

Kieran B

I remember being quite dissapointed by this movie, what was funny in 2 minute sketches didn't stretch to 90 minutes for me, but I'm glad others enjoy it.

9 Kirk Close

O...M....Gawd...here we go

Conal Brady

What's funny is here in the UK in 2000 that song they made for the movie (22:46) was big here and sold as a single. Every nightclub played the hell out of it.

Ash2

Yea at 13:29 can't believe he didn't notice.

Ash2

Loved the Sega Dreamcast. It was so ahead of its time. It should of done a lot better than it really did.

Jordan Wallace

Dreamcast at the end! It had so many amazing games, shame SEGA messed it up. I remember playing Virtua Tennis for so long, I dunno why it was so addicting as I hate Tennis and sports games. If only the console had a better controller and SEGA didn't ditch it so early. Though GTA3 and MGS2 at the end of 2001 would have ensured I'd sell it for a PS2.

Awesome man =]

That is awesome man =]

After Work Reactions

Such a good soundtrack if you're into trance.

This movie takes me back, I miss these times.... though I still drive a car from 1998 lol.

A cameo I never noticed until now was the nice lady whose car they cleaned was Nursie from Blackadder 2! ...still don't get what was up with the eggs, though.

David Lyons

Did you recognise Spud Gun from Bottom or Lydia from Breaking Bad?

Nick Kay

Josh, did you notice who it was who played Baz? Eyeball Paul's driver/chauffeur? It was Spudgun from Bottom :D You gotta do Guest House Paradiso next, great sunday film. Pretty sure its still on Netflix.

Belekai

It says “we’re processing this video please check back later or download (which either takes an age with no time indication or doesn’t work at all 🤷‍♂️) but nothing seems to work until a while after like maybe tomorrow but I wanna watch it now!! Hahaha 🤣

Terry O'connor

click the temporary google drive link and you should be able to play it from your browser.

ArtVandalHey!

You guys got tips to watch these in the early stages of release?? I’m watching on iPad (if that makes a difference) but says I need to download which never seems to work anyways??

Terry O'connor

I really enjoyed that, it's the first time I've watched the whole movie. The soundtrack is brilliant as well. Took me back to the late 90s and early 2000s when I used to go to Cream, Gatecrasher and God's Kitchen. They were boxes of condoms he put in his suitcase.

Christopher Horner

First DVD I ever watched!

ALW

Low key of the best film soundtracks of all time.
