I looked up The Wombles and know what they are now. I really should have paused it and looked it up because they do look like hedgehogs lol. I enjoyed the previous episode more mainly because the Rube Goldberg machine gave it that extra layer of wackiness that I love. As soon as I saw the shadow outside the tint and the zipper opening I knew it was the flasher lmao. Like Richie said what do flasher get out of it, I have always wondered the same, what's the point. Overall I really enjoyed this episode.

2021-03-28 06:51:07 +0000 UTCWombles used to freak me out when I was a kid and still does ( tmcreatures with no mouths and soukess eyes getting closer to the screen, thought as a kid they would jump out of the screen like that girl in the ring. Uncle bulgaria creeped me out the most ( yet garfield didn't creep me out, maybe because it was a cartoon I guess ).

Out of sensitivity to the victims family the BBC didnβt air it until about 3 years later!

When he found out Ade was on the cast list for The Last Jedi he fan boyed really hard and got his picture took with him (twitter.com/hamillhimself/status/1074238189127245824). Although he didn't get to meet Rik Mayall, because he was such a big fan he cameo'd in an episode of Greg Davies' sitcom Man Down, as this was the last thing Rik worked on before he died (playing Greg's dad).

Still remember the words exactly. I always think of the wombles when I see hedgehogs as well because of this. I've felt low all day today and this cheered me up a bit tbh, thanks Josh.
