Spoiler Free: This was a fun episode with a decent amount of memorable moments. The reaction starts at 5 minutes 15 seconds folks. I talked more than I usually would at the beginning of this video.

Spoiler Alert !!!!   Spoiler Alert !!!!   Spoiler Alert !!!!   Spoiler Alert !!!!   Spoiler Alert !!!! Spoiler Alert !!!!   Spoiler Alert !!!!   Spoiler Alert !!!!    Spoiler Alert !!!!   Spoiler Alert !!!!

Hands the best scene in the episode was Ted cursing Dougal out about the notes. It reminded me of the scene with Jen from the IT crowd cursing out the Japanese businessman lol. I loved Dougals first lyrics about the horse

" My lovely horses I want to hold you so tight, I want to rub my fingers through your tail and love you all night" and Take this lump of sugar baby you know you want it.

Do you all listen to Icy T and Snoopy Snoopy Dog Dog lol?

Thanks for watching folks !!! Hopefully, you all are happy, safe, and healthy !!

As always I would love to read your comments below

Thanks man =]

The start theme is clipped from a song by The Divine Comedy, Hannon also wrote My Lovely Horse from this episode.

Z is for Zed

LOL true. Is the Will Ferrel movie good? I saw the thumbnail the other day but I havent checked it out yet

After Work Reactions

Haha, interesting that they picked Father Ted so they would guarantee lose in the contest. Sort of the plot of that new Will Ferrel Eurovision film on Netflix too!

James Brown

A lot of people in the UK are aware of Boyz N the Hood because of how popular Friday is over here. We even have our own 'hood' movies (Kidulthood/ Adulthood) and our own version of Friday (Anuvahood) with a version of Deebo called Tyrone. I'll link a really funny 5min clip from the movie if you're interested in checking it out at some point. https://youtu.be/JUVftk9FRW4 Keep up with the Father Teds... season 3 has probably the funniest episodes!

Thanks man I will save the clip for that time =]

After Work Reactions

This is really worth checking out when Father Ted comes to an end: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KfZ-45qWZqc

When you've done all three seasons (and the Christmas special) you should check out https://fatherted.gifglobe.com/. The entire series is broken down into GIF's and there's some classics on there. There's even other series like Inbetweeners, Mighty Boosh and some you need to watch in future like Black Books and I'm Alan Partridge!

Dave Barratt

Sanford and Son was a remake of a british show called Steptoe and Son.

Ryan Saunders

As I recall Ireland did have massive success in the 80s and 90s in the euro vision song contest. The trouble was it was so expensive to host it. The winning country always host the following year's. So the premise of having a song that will not win is quite plausible. The only real music find from the contest was, ABBA in 74.its a cult following coz it's so bad its like car crash TV. Keep up the good work👍😁😎

Ian Carmichael

The dad in Friday is so funny!

Pokerpope

And New Jack City is an episode of Father Ted named after that film too coincidentally

Kieran B

I love films like Boyz in the Hood, New Jack City, Menace 2 Society.

Rob Weetman

Boys N The Hood was popular over here in the UK, when you watch it now though it is like another world. I think the media like to spread polarising opinions without going through fact, everything is black and white. So now we just see these massive divisions based on lies and people are falling for it. Like the George Floyd thing, the media have edited down the full 18 min video to tell their narrative that basically boils down to vote Democrat. All facts have gone out the windows and they've just riled people up against each other. What should have happened is an investigation and a fair trial, but that'll not happen now. It has even come here to the UK where we didn't even have any problems. You have Dawn Butler (a politician) come out and say she was stopped by racist police. Well the windows were tinted, the police couldn't even see who was in the vehicle. It's just race baiting two sides against each other for their own political gain :/ Everyone is falling for it.

It is hilarious I love it! Thanks bud I might have to pick up a shirt or something =]

After Work Reactions

That is awesome man, yea those movies are not super mainstream over here unfortunately.

After Work Reactions

I agree, even in shows I really enjoy over here there are always filler episodes just to get one out there. I like that the UK shows are short but still tell a great story and every episode is good.

After Work Reactions

I have only seen a few clips from it quite a while ago but I have not watched the actual show.

After Work Reactions

Thanks for the link bud about to check it out =]

After Work Reactions

Interesting man thanks for the info. I will have to see if I can check out a few clips from it so I can see it for myself. Thanks for the info bud =]

After Work Reactions

LOL I will have to check it out thanks man =]

After Work Reactions

I agree I never hear anyone talk about that show anymore.

After Work Reactions

It was hilarious I loved it. This was a great episode =]

Father ted is such an institution here in Ireland. I quote it weekly! And there’s some great merch on here - https://www.hairybaby.com/father-ted-136/ted-tshirts/lovely-horse-tee . I love father ted so much.

We're exposed in England to a lot of American TV and films so I'm supprised Boys in the hood isn't so well known in America these days, I even watched The Last Dragon as a kid, love that movie 😜 it's all very easy to get hold of here

Daniel Linehan

One thing I like about English tv, the Office, IT Crowd, Inbetweeners, is they don't have to dilute material because of a 26 episode season, you get 6 episodes of the best instead of 26 average episodes. Dougal is becoming one of my favorite tv characters, the actor gets that blank look face down so well. All of these amazing English shows are from 10 plus years ago I wonder if there are new shows on now in the UK that are just as good and as well written.

Bob K

i know you watch all these uk shows. have u watched curb your enthusiam

daniel venables

A little taste of Eurovision https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3Tpaj9gRFaY

Nicola Webber

The competition they are playing for is based off the Eurovision Song Contest, a live music competition where every European country enters one music act of any genre. Gets about 180 Million Viewers across Europe and the show ends with tallying up all the phone in votes but you can't vote for your own country. Will Farrel just released a comedy on Netflix about it recently. It can get very political however, most European Countries vote in favour of neighbouring Countries and Great Britain has been right at the bottom ever since we joined the US on the War in Iraq. TBF we don't send anything that good to begin with. This Episode is one of the Classics. "Take this lump of Sugar Baby, you know you want it..."

Adam C Turek

Hey Josh, for some real comedy, try and watch a real Eurovision Song Contest. Some countries take it really seriously. The UK half ass it every year. It costs a fortune to stage as there's no sponsorship and it was jokingly rumoured that Ireland, after having a successful run of wins, wanted to lose otherwise it would bankrupt the Irish telly company

Nicola Webber

Malcom In The Middle was so good! Seems like it got forgotten really quickly though.

My Lovely Horse cracks me up as much now as the first time I ever saw it 😂
