Office best comedy ever made IMO. extras close so happy with the 2 leaders! For the next poll please can Fawlty Towers be on the list and also Life's too short ( Starring Warwick Davis written and directed by Ricky and Steve, very funny and underrated!)

Can clearly see 'The Office' is leading the race here.... But, let me put up a case for 'Phoenix Nights' over 'The Office'. The Office was franchised out around the world and you will already know lots of the UK sketches that were incorporated into the US version. So some of the jokes will feel a little deja vu/flat for you, where's you don't know anything about Phoenix Nights aside from Peter Kay wrote it (Basically Peter Kay and Ricky Gervais are the two biggest comedians in UK comedy since the success of these two sitcoms, Peter is King of Northern comedy, Ricky - King of the southern comedy) I think you will find more laughs in Phoenix Nights due to the unknown, which, in turn, will entertain us viewers more than you watching 'the Office' where a lot of the scenes, you will be familiar with from the US version...

I think extras is a good choice. Lots of cameo's from famous celebs too. Red dwarf would be a really good choice too as there's lots of series's so you don't need to worry about what else to react to in a few weeks time.

Go for Red Dwarf it's different from the others. The Office and Extras are good but you have seen some of Ricky so I would mix it up.

Go for Fawlty Towers - it's short and really good after episode 1. It doesn't have 6 seasons like the Office - it's only 2 seasons with 12 episodes total I think.

I feel sick seeing the lack of votes for Spaced. You gotta be a nerd or born in the 80s-90s to really appreciate how phenomenal and clever the show and writing is. Doesn’t use a laugh track or have cheap slap stick comedy. Suppose it’s a matter of taste. My other vote would be Extras.

Great character, I do suggest you start with ‘Knowing me, Knowing You with Alan Partridge’ and the move on to ‘I’m Alan Partridge’ just so you won’t get confused because the latter is a continuation of the characters story after the events of KMKYWAP! It’s cringe comedy too which I love! Haha

Shame that Man Down wasn't in this list this time round. Had to say Alan Partridge just because I think there are more laughs per show than in the others. Derek is a great show but it's not dense on laughs. Same with Extras - I REALLY like it but it's not necessarily the best show to watch someone else react to.
