Spoiler Free: Hey folks I really enjoyed this episode. I lost my hair in my early 20's and for me, it was a good thing. I was treated with more respect as a leader. My team thought I was much older it made things go smoother lol. Older people don't trust young leaders in my experience. I don't disagree with their skepticism because I have worked with and for a lot of young leaders. A decent amount of them was power-hungry, inexperienced, unapproachable, uncoachable, devalued older associates, and never lead by example.
What's the deal with Birmingham in the UK?? You will know what I mean when you watch the episode. Are people in Birmingham disliked for any particular reason?

Why do you all think Suzanne hated Karls' hair ?? Is it because she thought wow he looks pretty good. He's going to start getting more attention from the ladies let me nip this in the bud. Or was she looking out for Karl by saying she hated it in order to express that she loves him the way he is?

Many places in the USA are named after places here in the UK, because of the British colonies that a lot of the states used to be. Another example is New York is named after York here in England.
