Added 2022-06-01 18:42:34 +0000 UTCHey, guys! Here's the latest news. Yesterday I finished the lewd scene with Lisa. Like I said before, I had two options on how to do it and I chose the one with the unique scene, although not too big (about 100 renders). I was supposed to finish it a couple of days ago, but as usual, I overestimated myself. Nevertheless, the scene turned out pretty good. Not my best, but still not bad.
Now that almost all the scenes are done (except for minor rendering additions with new facial expressions, etc.), I was able to look at the whole update. And when I was looking through it, I felt like something was missing. At first, I didn't even get what it was. But then I realized that everything was too smooth, the characters had no problems, no challenges or difficulties. There was no kind of climax in the ending, everything was too bland. And I knew that was the problem. What's the point of a big update if it leaves you feeling like something is missing?
I started thinking about what I could add without changing the structure of what was already done. I walked around my house all day thinking about this idea, and I think I came up with something. I know you're going to be mad at me for this, but I'm going to do one more extra event. There won't be anything dramatic in it, but it will be a small challenge for the protagonist that will make him a little nervous. There will be 4 scenes in the event, one of which will be partially varied due to your choice of love interest. Basically, I've already thought them through, so it won't take much time to make them. But on the other hand, it's still 4 scenes (roughly assume it will be somewhere around 60-80 renders). Although I'll try to finish them as quickly as possible.
Well, and I want to finish on the numbers. Right now I have a little more than 2400 renders. The number of animations remains the same. Also wrote some scenes in dialogs. Not much, but still.

2022-06-03 07:00:02 +0000 UTCOn the other hand: I really like how much love you want to invest in your game. As player, I really feel sorrow if a good game/story ends. I always wish to read more and regret unfinished parts, loose ends. While generally not liking too long delays, I think your delay of the end is quite good because you have all the reason for this. Last but not least: You can't fix any overlooked things in the last episode within the next episode. So the last episode had to be rock solid.

As for releasing this update in parts, well, it's too late to do that now. I'm well aware that I should have done it, like, four months ago. Alas, my planning skills have failed me badly. And now I'm already at the point where it doesn't make sense to do it. Plus, I'm expecting to finish the first scene at this new event today. I'm actually surprised at how quickly I got it done. Hopefully the rest of the scenes will go at the same pace.

I add one of those every 5-6 months and already have dozens for the simple fact I also collect movies, including ones I will never watch (over 120k of them, in addition to millions of mp3's and 800+ AVN's).

I know that when the release happens it will be amazing and all but why not just release the update and make an ending on another update? Leave us on a cliffhanger. But hey, itβs not my game and youβve done a fantastic job with this β¦ it just feels like the last update was 4 years ago. π

2022-06-02 01:16:33 +0000 UTCI always say, quality over quantity but in this instance we're getting both. I'm okay with this. Although I am waiting till it's finished to play any more. I've got my fingers in too many vn's to be constantly downloading updates(I was running out of space on a 1T hard drive π!). Still supporting and looking forward to it when it's finished.
