Scree was warned by Swift to not follow her, so it's rather unlikely she would at the edge of the forest. Unless Swift managed to cover more ground and Scree despite the warning went after her but keeping her distance.

Scree is an interesting in-between case where though she has accepted that Red would have to be left behind ultimately for the pack to survive, I think she would assist him here in protecting the pups.
