I think that's where Hemlock hit him with spear. It's Rask's dream and multiple things/events are mixing up or something like that.

I'm thinking this may be some sort of a dream instead of a flashback, that would explain the wound on Yarrow's throat as it bares a striking resemblance to when he was killed by Hemlock. Regardless I love the overall tone of this page!
