2024-08-02 11:01:45 +0000 UTCWhen the old woman brought Toji back and he killed her her magic would have been lifted once the cursed energy of the vessel would have been depleted but since he didn't have any cursed energy Toji was forced to roam around like a mindless zombie fighting the strongest people on pure instinct without any logic or understanding so he was 100% trying to kill megumi but after attacking him and seeing his face up close he realized that this was his son. Toji had a terrible life in the zenin clan so he hated them and he regretted trying to sell megumy to them, he asked megumy's last name to confirm if Gojo saved megumy from the zenni clan like he asked him to do before he died (episode 5 season 2). He killed himself so that he doesn't lose control and try to kill megumy again. Also Sukuna made a pact with Yuji back in season 1 secretly when he "died"(episode 6 season 1) but literally nobody knows about that except Sukuna

2024-08-02 05:51:05 +0000 UTCAlso earlier when toji was awakend the narrator said toji was heading straight to the strongest because of the spell and he picked up megumi from all of them :) JJK gives these small but important details what i absolutely love but of course i only realised after watching it more than once so dont worry for not noticing everything !

2024-08-02 05:50:38 +0000 UTCSo what happend with toji that wont be explained in the story was that when he heard it was fushiguro and not zenin he realised megumi wasnt sold off to the zenin clan and that gojo took care of his "las request" :) So yes a relieved and a proud father. Toji was still under the spell and not acting on his own so in order to stop himself when he realised its him he killed himself for megumi. So sad that megumi wont know :,)
