Hii hii dear Patrons~ I bring to you another early access for an new AU series~ This time it’s the story of Moon and Cordelia~ Ya’ll will be getting both the Prologue and the 1st Chapter for this week~ I hope ya’ll will also enjoy this new series as well~ The next two parts will be on the 20th of October~ Stay tuned~

Context:

[Prologue] The Story of How Cordelia (AU’s listener) meets Moon when they were kids. 

Cordelia's life was always filled with such lavish and expensive gifts given to her by her Father on every occasion he gets. He spent his money freely without a care in the world. And in turn Cordelia always got what she always wanted even the things that she didn’t really need nor care for. At first it was fun for her, always being showered by such extravagant garments, accessories, toys, you name it. Despite having the life some of her kid peers have dreamed of, she herself got tired of it. Due to it being so easily accessible for her, all of it shortly lost its value and eventually she just half-heartedly accepts them just to make her Father happy. These little trinkets can’t measure to what she truly yearned for the most. A friend. Her whole life, it’s always the same kids trying to stick close to her, those that only see her as this rich girl that had everything she wanted. They surrounded her not for her but for the items she held.  It’s never for her and it’s definitely not what’s behind that mask she covers herself with. Though everything changed when Cordelia transferred to this one school. There she met someone special, someone that wasn’t like the others. Someone who was genuine….A person she can see herself walk side to side by and be truly happy…She cherished that person deep in her heart. 

[Chapter 1]

The deal your Father got himself into when you moved to another place? It was too good to be true. At first the transactions went on smoothly and your Father’s company was steadily reaching new heights that it never reached before but it was merely a ploy to make it seem like it was a good investment, once your Father bit the bait, everything started crumbling down. In short, the company went under because of how much money it was losing and because of this your Father had to take in loans to improve the situation. In the end, it was futile. To make matters worse, your Father’s health worsened due to all the stress and fatigue he underwent trying to resolve everything. He suddenly just fainted one day and never opened his eyes again. He’s currently being treated at a hospital and now all of his debts, including his medical fees are yours to shoulder…Years have passed and although you're paying off his debts bit by bit it still isn’t enough. You even had to sacrifice not going to university because you had to prioritize getting a job immediately after graduating high school. Now you’re working as a cashier at a convenience store. Trying to get by with what you can and living in a rundown apartment that looks like it’s about to collapse. This isn’t the life you imagined yourself to have when you were young but you have no choice but to accept it. Though there is but one thought that keeps filling your mind, or rather a person. You keep wondering how that person would react if she saw you like this. But meeting her right now is just impossible….after all, you left without saying anything…You wouldn’t even be surprised if she hates you now. You would never have expected to meet her so soon but…not while you’re running away from loan sharks….
