Sometimes you need casual low-level nonmagical items for your players. This would be a great way to reward your 1st to 2nd level players without needing to worry about magical healing potions.

This small leather box of adhesive medical strips are a popular nonmagical aid on the battlefield. Combat medics often carry several of these boxes to hand to common soldiers not suffering from grievous wounds.

When first found, this box contains 2d4 bands. You can use an action to apply a band to a living creature you touch and make a DC 10 Wisdom (Medicine) check. If you succeed, the creature regains 1d4 hit points. These bands have no effect on constructs or undead.
