[Infernal] Item - Devil's Shackles

Another item themed around the devil's contract. This time, it relies more on another fiend granting these items to an unsuspecting character. I think auto-failing death saves as a condition for their use is quite fitting with a devil's desire to accelerate deaths and steal souls.

The metal of these shackles feel simultaneously hot and cold to the touch like an overload of the senses. Perhaps that should have been warning enough not to attune to such a devilish thing, or at least more closely inspect the fine print.

Devil's Shackles
Wondrous item, uncommon (requires attunement)

While attuned to these shackles, you can use an action to cast burning hands from them. Once you cast the spell, you can't do so again until the next dusk, unless you take 2d8 fire damage to use it again (this damage is unaffected by resistances or immunities). Additionally, these shackles cannot be targeted by a heat metal spell. 

Fine Print Curse. A successful DC 15 Intelligence check using Arcana or Investigation reveals this property to you. Upon these shackles are imprinted the contract for their usage, fine print included. You cannot willingly end your attunement to this item without the use of a spell that ends curses. If you are reduced to 0 hit points while you wear these shackles, you immediately fail one death saving throw. If the shackles' fire damage caused you to fall to 0 hit points, you fail two instead. If you die while attuned to the shackles, your soul is snared and sent to the Cinderdeep instead of your expected afterlife.
