[Tools] Weapon - Molten Breath

The strange issue with blowguns is that it's a ranged martial weapon that deals only 1 damage. This blowgun in particularly doesn't use darts (which are often poisoned for damage output), so it's up to the blowgun to match typical damage by itself.

A tiny fire elemental in the blowpipe helps keep the glass temperature high as a glassblower works. In the hands of skilled artisans, the pipe can launch viscous globs of molten glass at targets from a distance, effectively burning them even as they attempt to escape.

Molten Breath
Weapon (blowgun), rare (requires attunement by a character proficient with glassblower's tools)

You can use this blowgun as glassblower's tools for inflating glass. While attuned, you also double your proficiency bonus to ability checks made using glassblower's tools. Creatures unaware of the blowgun's properties initially perceive it as a simple tool and can use an action to recognize its true purpose by succeeding on a DC 15 Intelligence (Arcana or Investigation) check.

Heated Core. This blowgun uses glass or metal pellet ammunition instead of darts (such as marbles or ball bearings), partially melting them as they pass through the pipe. You have a +1 bonus to attack and damage rolls made with this weapon and deal an extra 1d6 fire damage on a hit. Whenever you roll the maximum value on this fire damage, you can roll that damage die again and add it to the total, repeating this process until you no longer roll the maximum value.

Burning Breath. You can use an action to cast the burning hands spell through the blowgun (spell save DC 15). Once cast, this spell can't be cast again until the next dawn.
