[Ranger] Item - Eye of the Primeval Mother

There are some REALLY pretty druidic medallions out there and I really like how this one turned out. The Cat's Eye gemstone is a must for what this does, plus a couple very lovely tree patterns.

Primeval Awareness isn't a great feature for the original ranger, but I'm not trying to fix it. At the very least, this will make expending higher spell slots more worth its cost.

Rangers of yore were said to carry personal stones intended as a focus for their mystical powers, much as druids do to this day. Each one was personal to a ranger, carved from a material with deep meaning or value. Some were said to designate the world as their favored terrain, prepared to defend entire realms from otherworldly threats.

Eye of the Primeval Mother
Wondrous item, uncommon (requires attunement by a Ranger)

While attuned to this item, you can add your Wisdom modifier to your initiative rolls if you engage any hostile aberrations, celestials, dragons, elementals, fey, fiends, and undead in combat. Additionally, while you hold this item, your Primeval Awareness feature improves based on the level of the ranger spell slot you expend to use it. You gain all improvements for which the expended spell slot qualifies, as shown below:  

• 2nd-level or higher. The range of this feature becomes 2 miles (or 8 miles if you are in your favored terrain). 
• 3rd-level or higher. You also learn the creatures' location and number, as well as any directions they are traveling toward. 
• 4th-level or higher. This awareness lasts for 10 minutes instead, and the range of this feature becomes 4 miles (or 10 miles if you are in your favored terrain). For each creature you sense, you also learn its size, current mood, its speeds (if any), and its challenge rating. 
• 5th-level. This awareness lasts for 1 hour instead. For the duration, creatures you sense with this awareness have disadvantage on ability checks made to detect you and your group, as well as initiative rolls made to engage you in combat. You also learn the exact types of creatures you sensed (such as an ancient red dragon, a balor, or planetar), as well as any resistances, immunities, and vulnerabilities they have, including magic or legendary resistances.
