[Ranger] Weapon Pair - Furnal Claws

I wanted to design something for the two-weapon-fighter rangers or strength-based rangers. There's so many DEX rangers but Strength can be really fun too! These weapons encourage attacks as much as possible thanks to a passive bonus to damage per hit as well as extra damage on the extra hit.

The rangers of the Fiendish Mask conclave sometimes take more than the infernal magic of the fiends with which they consort. Such weapons are horrific fusions of blade and flesh, forming awful weapons that whisper unintelligible Infernal. Those who touch such weapons eventually grow accustomed to their heat and psychic toll.

Furnal Claws
Weapon Set (war picks), very rare (requires attunement by a Ranger or a fiend-themed spellcaster)

These magic weapons come in a pair. While attuned to them, you can wield each of them as if they have the Light property.

Hell-Forged. You have a +1 bonus to attack and damage rolls made with these weapons and deal an extra 1d4 fire damage to creatures you hit with them. If you hit a target with one of these weapons and hit again with the other in the same turn through engaging in two-weapon fighting, the extra fire damage for that subsequent attack becomes 2d4.

Fiendish Magic. While holding these weapons, you can cast one of the following spells from them using your spell save DC, without providing spell components: command, hellish rebuke (cast at 2nd-level), scorching ray. Once a spell has been cast from these weapons, that spell can't be cast again until the next dusk.
