[Coast] Shield - Sunward Parasol

This fabric parasol has been enchanted with additional abjuration magic to protect guests of the Amity Shore Retreat from harsh sunlight. They come in a variety of colors and typically bear the sunny logo of the Retreat.

Sunward Parasol
Shield, uncommon (optional attunement by a Cleric, Paladin, or other Light-themed character)

This parasol can be used as basic shelter from weather or as a shield. Thanks to its odd cumbersome form, only a character with a Strength score of 13 or higher can wield this shield.

Sunblock. While you wield this magic shield, you are protected from the negative effects of extreme hot weather caused by harsh sun. Additionally, whenever you take radiant damage, you can use your reaction to gain resistance to that instance of damage.

Optional Attunement (Cleric, Paladin, or other Light-themed character Only). If you attune to this shield, you can extend its protection to your allies. Whenever an effect deals radiant damage to you or an any ally within 5 feet of you, you can use your reaction to grant you and those allies resistance to that instance of damage.
