[Coast] Weapon - Ragebristle Spine

Spines from the ragebristle urchin carry with them a deadly venom that causes a victim's heart to pound uncontrollably. They deter gulls and cod from preying on the urchins in the wild, but capable assassins use them to cause unbridled chaos.

Ragebristle Spine
Adventuring gear, weapon (dart)

You deal an additional 1d4 poison damage to creatures you hit with this dart. A creature that takes this damage must make a DC 13 Wisdom saving throw. On a failed save, the creature rages and must immediately use its reaction to move in a random direction as far as it can up to half its speed. When an affected creature ends this movement, it makes one melee weapon attack against a creature within reach.

Once you have made an attack with this dart, regardless of whether it hit or missed, you must use an action to carefully retrieve it without pricking yourself.
