[Infinity] Weapon - Vanishing Point

The tip of this rapier tapers to an imperceivable tip. Records say the rapier was not forged, but found by an intrepid Chronot Warden in the Voidhollows. Temporal analysis indicates an origin of indeterminate age, suggesting it either existed since the dawn of time or was left behind by a temporal visitor.

Vanishing Point
Weapon (rapier), legendary (requires attunement by a character with an Intelligence of 13 or higher)
Advanced Weapon. Only creatures with an Intelligence score of 13 or higher can attune to this weapon.
Zero Apex. You have a +1 bonus to attack and damage rolls you make with this magic weapon, and you score a critical hit on a roll of 19 or 20 with it.
Puncture Reality. This weapon has 5 charges for the following properties, and regains 1d4+1 expended charges daily at dawn. While holding the weapon, you can expend the necessary number of charges to activate a property.
- Distant Tear (1 charge). As a bonus action, you can swing this rapier and magically alter distances. You create a floating tear in reality that connects your space and another space within 30 feet of you, which you can see through. You can choose to step through it as part of the bonus action if the target space is unoccupied, or make one weapon attack with the rapier against a creature within 5 feet of the target space. The tear then immediately closes.
- Spatial Cleave (3 charges). As an action, you can slash this rapier downwards and magically slice through the fabric of space. You create a three-dimensional portal that links an unoccupied space within 5 feet of you and another within 500 feet of you. If there is no available space for a portal, this action fails but the charges remain expended. For the next minute, when a creature or object that is Large or smaller enters a portal's space, it immediately exits from the other linked portal moving in the same direction. If there is no space for a creature or object to exit from a portal, it simply passes through the entry portal. You can use another action to dismiss the portals.
- Dimensional Tunnel (5 charges). Over the course of a minute, you can draw a complex geometric solid with the rapier and magically slice through reality. You create a three-dimensional portal that occupies a 10-foot cube, linked to a plane of existence of your choice. You can specify a target destination in general terms, such as the Winter Court in the Glimmerreach or the Ashkasm in the Cinderdeep. For the next minute, creatures and objects that pass through the portal are teleported to the chosen destination. Unless you have traveled there before, the GM decides where you arrive. For example, if you are traveling to the Ashkasm, you may arrive at the foot of the Furnal Bridge or atop the Netherpeak; if you are generally unfamiliar with the destination, you arrive off target, up to 50 miles from the destination.
