I can somewhat relate. My solution is to just focus on both my interests and self improvement. I find meaning in what I'm good at and don't let others decide my hobbies for me. However, it's not good to isolate. I'm also guilty of not getting out enough, and to help with that I've been working on my fashion lately. Looking good improves your mood and confidence. Even if it's not to see anyone, it's good to just get out of the house for a bit. I'm also a frequent Kat listener. The frequent ear licks are definitely a big part of it, but I also very much enjoy the general vibe. I specifically listen to the scripted roleplays here, as I like the intimate one-to-one format. My mind is kinda messed lately and I'm isolating myself from everyone and everything. Everybody feels so different, but not in a good way. It's like I think about things other people don't and the things they like and think doesn't matter to me so I can't connect with anyone. I'm just feeling lonely, tired and I don't feel like doing anything cause it all seems meaningless. So I'm thinking a lot about what to do with myself and how to get better. Aniway, I like you because it looks like you genuinely cares about us, and you're not exploiting anyone. Your content is really good and wholesome, so thanks for everything and for being yourself. I wish all good things in your life, you deserve it. I used to listen a lot of asmr but now you're the only one I'm following, I feel really safe with you. Thanks for the heartbeats, they're really relaxing.
