Yeah, nah, you can't roll a literal 0 unless you're playing by homebrew/variant rules. The percentile and d10 together can be confusing, but It's 1-100 inclusive, 0 doesn't exist, 1 is the absolute lowest you can get. 00(on the percentile)+0(on the d10) is 100, 00+1 is 001, etc. Happy that they misinterpreted it tbh, losing a character this early would really suck
