2024-06-02 14:55:00 +0000 UTCI watched this movie on VHS on a tiny tv; in an RV with a friend, her parents, and their three jack russell terriers and two chihuahuas on the way to Niagara Falls in high school. I think it really was the perfect way to experience it. I knew nothing about D&D, and my friend and I had an argument about how LOTR had ripped something off from this movie. I just kept saying “but Lord of the Rings was published in the 1950s!!! This movie is borrowing from Lord of the Rings!”

I can only assume that she hid a blade or two from Morticia Addams (Anjelica Houston), and practiced with them everyday. But! We have to keep that all off screen for some reason.

I missed the ones where you commented on buffy and Bones, I would love to see more commentary again, especially with face cam! (also gladly "press play at the same time" if its for riskier stuff)
