A group of female students started a group at the University of Washington (which is why it's regional to western Washington) and named it Tolo for a Chinook word meaning win/success/achievement. In 1909, that dance was a bold move.

Rumor has it that Tolo is based on a UW tradition, so it would make sense that it's centered in Seattle and leaking into the surrounding counties.

For example, maybe Scary gets a monster of the week’s sick ass magic item/weapon that is highly effective against the big bad or helpful in locating one of the dads.

The problem was that my parents had scheduled my wisdom tooth extraction (all 4) for the day before prom not even thinking that my going could be a possibility. I had a cute dress and my face was perfectly circular like a flipping Charlie Brown character. We are at Olive Garden (Indiana) and I'm ripping breadsticks into miniscule pieces so I can get them into my mouth which I can't open any further than about 3/4 of an inch. We bought the pictures.
