After listening to the uncut version of that episode it sounds like he sent a band mate to the hospital by running a car in a garage, but in the edited version I always had this moment where when he explains what happened I wonder, "Did Glenn try to kill himself?"

You become a different person to yourself and others regardless of their opinions on sexuality. I guess it just how I would have played it from my experiences that if Grant had come out verbally it would 100% change everything about him. And also wouldn’t have destroyed him.
